DAYNE COYNE AND STU-ART
Avona is a limited company which was set up by two artists, Dayne Coyne and Stuart Tideswell. They sell their own artwork through it and propose to sell other products too. Avona has just started selling some of the work that Stuart's father, Ken, [now deceased] produced. Soon the Avona people will also be selling the artwork of some artist friends of theirs.
All works displayed are FOR SALE. Currently, originals are not for sale, but prints of them are. Prices exclude postage and packaging. P&P costs are considerably reduced when you buy several items together. Please contact Avona for details. Avona's artists are also happy to do COMMISSIONS. Please contact Avona with your requirements.
Dayne and Stuart generally work separately, but sometimes jointly, using various media and methods, such as: sketching with lead pencil, felt-tip or biro; drawing with coloured pencils, ink, and especially pastels and chalks; painting in water colour, guache and acrylic; computer graphics; photography and video; fabric; papier mache; and frequently, mixed media. Subjects include: symbolism; dreams, visions and psyche-maps; sexuality, androgyny and eroticism; goth; social comment; science fact and fiction illustrations; humour; calligraphic forms, often made-up ones; architectural and semi-technical ideas; and maps.
If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact Avona. Thank you for looking at the site.
